I’m just so beyond hurt. I feel like a huge part of me died when I read that blog post. Well, 8 years of me anyway. I’ve been through some stuff you couldn’t even imagine (as I’m sure a lot of you have as well, so you understand the feeling), and through it all the only thing that kept me sane, kept me alive, was these guys and their music. Without having discovered their music, I can guarantee you I would be a completely different person. They shaped my musical taste, my values, my dreams, I met my best friends through their music, and just everything about who I am. It kills me to know I will never get to see them live, which was the one thing I swore I was going to do in my life. If I never did anything else meaningful in my life, I would see this band live. And now what? That’s never going to happen. I actually had a dream last night they decided to go on one more tour before it was official. God, I’m going to miss them. MCRmy, you guys are some of the best people I’ve ever met. Definitely the best fandom I’ve been part of, and I want to thank you guys. I love you all so much. If anyone wants to talk, my ask box is open.

And I got five points off for it.
